Contract contents to rent are normally fixed depending on the amount of space and buildings taken by the lessee. Our contracts normally apply for 1 (one) year, but this can be negotiated. The longer the contract the better the price.

Storage and water connection N$9.35 / m²
Storage, water and electricity connection N$10.45 / m²Electrical fence with armed response, 24 hour security guard service included.
Additional fees:
N$80.00 for sewerage per month
N$30.00 Refuse removal
N$9.79 for basic water if you don’t need a water meterAll prices are VAT inclusive
