About us
Okahandja Industrial Park is situated on the main thoroughfare to the North and West of Namibia and Angola. The main objective of our company is to provide a safe, secure and affordable warehouse rental to the public. Our warehouse was formally known as the M.K.U. furniture factory. This is a well known beacon in the town of Okahandja and provides a large amount of covered space for letting.
Our Buildings are totally closed under a roof, spaced around 7600m². The total square meters of all buildings equal around 15 000 m². Divided into , property no. 525 is (1178) 16691 m², 527 is 9500 m² and 528 is 9641 m². Smaller units are available. We strive to accommodate the customer.
At our warehouse we, unfortunately have no facilities for activities like, tanneries (skins and hides), except when the product is already dry or ready for manufacturing.
